Indian airline IndiGo launches flights between Delhi and Tashkent
On September 22, the airline carried out its first flight on the Delhi-Tashkent-Delhi route.

At 23:09 Tashkent time, the plane with 167 passengers on board landed at Tashkent airport. According to tradition, the aircraft was greeted with a ceremonial welcome by a water arch. A formal check-in ceremony was held for passengers flying to Delhi, Uzbekistan Airports said in a statement.
Regular flights of the Indian airline are carried out on A-320 aircraft four times a week – on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
IndiGo is an Indian private low-cost airline headquartered in Gurgaon, India. The company is the largest air carrier in the country in terms of scheduled flights and number of aircraft.
