87.7% of Uzenergoengineering to be privatized
The company designs energy supply facilities and is engaged in the electrification of consumers.

The State Assets Management Agency announced the beginning of the selection of a professional consultant for the privatization of a stake in Uzenergoengineering JSC.
It is planned to put up 87.7% of the company’s shares for sale. The consultant will be required to analyze the market for electrical design services and prepare a plan for the implementation of the asset.
It is necessary to analyze the state of the enterprise and prepare proposals to increase investment attractiveness. The consultant will also be expected to create a marketing strategy and materials for potential buyers.
Both individual companies and consortia (with the indication of a senior partner) can apply. It is recommended to provide information about the experience of conducting similar transactions, including in the CIS.
Commercial proposals are accepted by email tender@davaktiv.uz no later than 18:00 Tashkent time on September 30.

For information, Uzenergoengineering JSC is a specialized company for the design of power supply facilities and electrification of consumers in rural areas, cities and regional centers, including small and medium-sized businesses, water management facilities and utility complexes.
The company is also working on forecasting and optimizing industry energy balances. It is participating in the development of a strategy for the long-term development of the energy distribution system of Uzbekistan.
Uzenergoengineering dates its history back to 1956, when the Uzbek branch of the Giproselelectro Institute was created. It was re-established in its current form in 2019.
