According to "Norma" portal, international and local consultants, organizations will be involved based on the decision of the state commission for the sale of state assets.
The best offers are selected by the procurement committee based on procurement procedures.
Tender documents (draft contract, technical assignment, etc.) will be developed by the State Asset Management Agency, approved by the procurement commission and sent to the "Center for Comprehensive Expertise of Projects and Import Contracts" under the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade.
After the examination, information about the competition will be published on the website of the UzSAMA at least 15 days before the day of the competition. Relevant offers are accepted through the UzSAMA website.
Also, international and local consultants and organizations are selected based on the following criteria:
• qualification requirements;
• compliance with the terms of the candidate's sale of state assets;
• information about the candidate's work experience, signed contracts in this field;
• information about the team/specialists (qualifications) involved by the candidate;
• the candidate's business plan for the sale of state assets;
• price criteria;
• the price value of the candidate's offer (including operating costs and VAT).
