Uzbekistan’s population exceeds 36.3 million
As of July 1, 2023, the total number of Uzbekistan’s resident population amounted to 36,372,300 people.
According to the Statistics Agency, this is 2.2% more compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
Reportedly, 18,306,300 of the total population are men and 18,066,000 are women.
The agency added that 18,557,500 people live in urban areas and 17,815,800 people live in rural areas.
