Employees of the Border Troops of the State Security Service prevented the illegal import of live ammunition into the country.
In particular, at the “Olot” international checkpoint on the border with Turkmenistan, a DAF truck loaded with Hyundai Elantra cars was inspected, which was driven by S.A., a citizen of Uzbekistan.
During the inspection, the service dog found a box of 43 live rounds hidden between the back seat and the spare tire of one of the Hyundai cars.
