In accordance with the presidential decree, changes and additions to some normative legal acts were made. Reportedly, for young people living in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, permanent secondary, secondary special and professional educational organizations, additional 3,000 state grants will be segregated in the 2023/2024 academic year.

At the same time, the needs of the industry and sectors for personnel with higher education will be identified.

Proposals in higher education institutions and educational field will be presented to the State Commission on Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan until July 20, 2023.
