The money is paid without any conditions of return.
To get the aid, women who are doing their master’s degree should apply to the rector of the higher education institution where they are studying by September 15. Their applications will be sent to the relevant ministry under which the university operates.
By October 15, a decision will be issued to bear the tuition fee costs.
It should be reminded that applicants planning to apply for a master’s degree course must have a foreign language certificate: C1 – for philological educational fields, and B2 – for all other educational fields.
