The meeting was chaired by CEC Chairman Zainiddin Nizamkhojaev.
According to the CEC, during the meeting, members of the commission considered the issue of accrediting mass media representatives.
Based on the appeals received by the CEC, 54 representatives of 6 local media were accredited.
The work of media representatives begins from the day they receive an accreditation certificate and ends on the day of the official announcement of the election results, based on the calendar plan approved by the CEC. It is established that the media can apply to the CEC for accreditation of their representatives, starting from May 20 to no later than ten days before the election.
The CEC continues to receive requests from various media for accreditation. These appeals are studied in detail by the CEC press service. If the documents are submitted in the prescribed manner, then the media representative will be accredited by the decision of the CEC.
