As the press service of the head of state reported, during the meeting, the issues of implementation of priority investment projects and further deepening of cultural-humanitarian exchange were considered. 

The achieved high results of fruitful cooperation in recent years were noted with satisfaction. The volumes of mutual trade and investments are growing. The chemical-industrial technopark “Chirchik” in the Tashkent region is successfully operating, during the current visit of the Russian delegation, a new project – a technopark in the Jizzakh region was launched. 

In addition, major cooperation projects are being implemented in the petrochemical industry and mechanical engineering. The activities of the branch of Kazan Federal University in the city of Jizzakh are expanding. 

Also during the meeting, they discussed promising business partnership projects in various sectors of the economy, the development of existing and opening new industrial parks in other regions of the country, the adoption of cooperation programs in the field of innovation, small business and IT, as well as in the field of modernization of utility networks. 

Active participation of companies and enterprises of Tatarstan as part of the delegation of Russian business circles in the work of the International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia”, which is taking place these days in the city of Tashkent, was noted. 

Following the meeting, the head of state stressed the importance of organizing systematic work to promote joint programs and projects based on the “roadmap”.
