Uzbekistan purchases 13 new aircraft
Almost half of all the imported aircraft was purchased from Germany.

According to the Statistics Agency, in January 2023, Uzbekistan imported 13 aircraft from abroad. The total cost of the purchased planes was $633.1 million.
The republic bought airplanes from the following countries:
- Germany - 6 ($421.7 million)
- Lithuania - 4 ($66.7 million)
- France - 1 ($64.3 million)
- Singapore - 1 ($61.6 million)
- Great Britain - 1 ($18.8 million)
