Uzbekistan imported about $70 million worth of EVs in 2022
In 2022, Uzbekistan imported 2,180 electric vehicles from abroad for $69.8 million.

According to the Statistics Agency, the import of electric cars increased by 1,371 compared to 2021.
During the reporting period, the republic imported EVs mainly from the following countries:
- China - 1,941
- UAE ā 111
- Germany - 58
- Hong Kong - 42
- Lithuania - 10
- South Korea - 7
- Other countries - 11
