Plane from Moscow to Goa lands in Uzbekistan after alleged bomb threat

It is said that 240 people were on board the plane belonging to Azur Air. 7 of them were crew members, and 2 were babies.

The plane, which was scheduled to land at Dabolim airport in South Goa at 4:15 am local time, was diverted to Uzbekistan. 

The threatening message was sent to the e-mail of the director of Dabolim Airport. Flight AZV2463 made an emergency landing at Termiz airport around 4:30 am.

After the plane landed successfully, passengers’ luggage was thoroughly checked by airport security - no dangerous devices were found. The plane is expected to depart for Goa at 19:00 Tashkent time.
