Classes to gradually start in universities, technical schools, colleges and academic lyceums from January 11
With the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is recommended to organize the educational process in higher educational institutions, technical schools, colleges, vocational schools and academic lyceums in coordination with local governments.

Heads of educational institutions and relevant local governments will inform students, ensure their arrival in the area of higher education institutions, and personally monitor these processes.
It is allowed to make changes to the educational schedule, if necessary, in the organization of the educational process. Final control work will not be organized until January 20.
Appropriate distance learning programs are offered to students who are unable to attend due to weather conditions.
