Deadline for granting subsidies to air carriers for domestic tourism extended
By a government decree, amendments and additions were made to the Regulations on the procedure for partial reimbursement of travel costs in Uzbekistan and socially significant destinations from the republican budget.

According to the changes, a subsidy for air carriers in the amount of 25% of the cost of air tickets for socially significant local destinations, including domestic tourism, will be provided until January 1, 2026 (previously, until June 1, 2022).
It should be recalled that in March 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for providing subsidies for domestic travel and the amount of tourist fees.
