Addressing the residents, Tashkent city administration called to be careful when buying an apartment from newly built houses.

“Nowadays, some construction organizations offer to sell apartments in multi-apartment houses, whose construction project has not been approved by the Regional Architecture and Urban Development Council and has not passed expertise, under the conditions of “completion”.

In most cases, those who signed a contract to buy such apartments face difficulties in registering the apartment in their name, connecting to drinking water, natural gas and electricity networks.

Although the decision of the Regional Architecture and Urban Planning Council has not been received and the state expertise has not been obtained on the project of 5 multi-apartment houses advertised under the “DAhO multifunctional complex” “planned” to be built at Taras Shevchenko street 23, Tashkent city,  The construction organization started the sale of apartments from December of this year.

Dear citizens!  When buying an apartment from newly built houses, familiarize yourself with the documents that the construction project of the “planned house offered to you” has been reviewed by the Regional Architecture and Urban Planning Council and passed state expertise. Do not expose yourself to long-term problems by buying an apartment from a house whose project has not been agreed upon, and which has not passed the state construction examination. Be demanding in spending your time and money!  the statement said.
