Employees who graduated from top higher educational institutions abroad to receive a salary increase
Young people who graduated from higher educational institutions included in international ratings and work in Uzbekistan will receive a salary increase of up to 12 million soums, and those who have a doctoral degree will be paid up to 22.5 million soums of allowances.

It is noted that young professionals who graduated from foreign higher educational institutions included in international ratings are paid allowances based on the amount of the base calculated value.
In particular:
Those who completed their bachelor’s degree in higher education institutions ranked between 1 and 100 will receive allowances equal to 30 BCAs (9 million soums), masters – 40 BCAs (12 million soums), and doctorate degree holders – 75 BCAs (22.5 million soums);
Those who completed their bachelor’s degree in higher education institutions ranked between 101 and 300 will receive allowances equal to 20 BCAs (6 million soums), masters – 30 BCAs (9 million soums), and doctorate degree holders – 60 BCAs (18 million soums);
Those who completed their bachelor’s degree in higher education institutions ranked between 301 and 500 will receive allowances equal to 15 BCAs (4.5 million soums), masters – 20 BCAs (6 million soums), and doctorate degree holders – 50 BCAs (15 million soums).
