This was announced at the next videoconference meeting on spending the winter without losses under the leadership of the head of the presidential administration, Sardor Umurzakov.
The head of the administration entrusted Ulugbek Mustafoyev, the chairman of Regional Electric Networks JSC with the task of increasing the number of emergency response teams and taking measures to eliminate accidents completely.
It was noted that the interruption of electricity due to the restrictions imposed in the regions and the accidents that occurred are the reason for the rightful protest of the population.
“According to the information we received, there are also serious deficiencies in compressor stations owned by Uztransgaz. 21 out of 37 aggregates have been repaired,” Umurzakov said.
At the meeting, Minister of Energy Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov and head of Uztransgaz Bekzod Normatov were given the task of immediately putting all units into working condition.
“Faulty aggregates cause other devices to work under stress, technical malfunctions and destroy the possibility of providing consumers with stable natural gas,” the PA head said.
It was also noted that in a number of districts, the supply of coal to the population is not up to the level of demand.
It was noted that the indicators of coal supply remain at a much lower level in Kukdala (20%) and Karshi (38%) districts of Kashkadarya region and Karmana district (22%) of Navoi region.
Deputy Minister of Energy Sherzod Khodjayev, Deputy Director General of Uzbekkumir JSC Erkin Yakubov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Railways JSC Khusniddin Khasilov were assigned the task of strictly ensuring the implementation of the approved delivery schedule for coal supply.
