In particular, Dadajon Isakulov, chairman of the board of Uzbekistan National Electric Networks JSC, Ruzikul Rayimov, first deputy chairman of the board of Territorial Electric Networks JSC, Anvar Muzapov, director of the branch of Kashkadarya Regional Electric Networks Enterprise, and Umidbek Rajabov, director of Toshshakharnur SUE, were disciplined with a “reprimand”.

The next meeting of the special staff was held in the Ministry of Energy with the participation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city governments, as well as prosecutor’s offices and heads and responsible employees of system enterprises, the press service of the Energy Ministry reported.

At the meeting, the current problems in the supply of energy resources and their solutions, as well as the work being carried out in this regard, were critically reviewed.

In the course of the meeting, despite the establishment of a special staff, special emphasis was placed on the fact that the activities of the local regional staff were not organized at the required level.

It was strongly criticized that some responsible leaders do not properly organize work to eliminate urgent problems, as a result of which many technical failures occur in the system, shortcomings are allowed in energy saving issues, and non-observance of established procedures in the introduction of restrictions in electricity supply is the cause of rightful objections of consumers.

In addition, it was emphasized that conscientious implementation of measures to eliminate problems in the fuel and energy sector and, as a result, providing consumers with stable energy resources are the main criteria, and the issue of executive discipline in the field is extremely important, the report reads.
