Prior to his appointment, Hojimanov worked as the first deputy governor of the district for financial and economic issues and poverty reduction.
It should be recalled that on August 8, the governor of the Chilanzar district and the district prosecutor were relieved of their posts in accordance with a relevant presidential decree.
For an irresponsible attitude to duties, the mayor of the capital, Jahongir Artikkhodjayev, and the prosecutor of the city, Ulugbek Qosimov, were reprimanded.
