According to the Ministry of Justice, financial assistance will be issued once for the implementation of projects in the fields of entrepreneurship, architecture and handicraft activities in the amount of 10 times the minimum wage (9 million 200 thousand soums).
Financial assistance will be provided on the basis of decisions of interdepartmental permanent commissions.
In order to receive material assistance, it is necessary to submit an application with the attachment of one’s own draft to the working body within 3 months after serving the sentence.
The preparation of an opinion on the feasibility of project financing will be based on the following criteria:
- the effectiveness and profitability of the planned entrepreneurial, architectural or handicraft activities;
- a positive recommendation from the Mahalla institution;
- document approving that the person has low income;
- having a child with a disability or underage;
- having many children (4 or more children) and the need for material assistance;
- living in non-residential premises.
