Changes coming into force from July 1 announced
Kun.uz website highlights some changes in the legislation of Uzbekistan that will come into force on July 1, 2022.
ꞏ Doctors working in some districts of Karakalpakstan will be paid a monthly bonus of 100% of their monthly salary.
ꞏ Requiring a number of documents from citizens when assigning state pensions will be abolished.
ꞏ According to the presidential decree, from July 1:
- tinting the rear side windows of cars will be free;
- the cost of tinting the rear and front side windows will be set at 2.4 million soums.
ꞏ Doctors working in remote areas will be paid an additional 2 million soums a month.
ꞏ Preference will be given to entrepreneurs in the areas of public gatherings, which have been granted the status of “tourist mahalla”.
ꞏ Exemptions from customs duties will be provided only by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
ꞏ Pregnant and lactating women and children aged 3-15 will be provided with iodine free of charge.
ꞏ The “Transparent road” (Shaffof yo'l) platform will be launched in test mode.
ꞏ All international airports will have the opportunity to practice aviaspotting.
ꞏ A rating system for evaluating the effectiveness of anti-corruption work will be introduced in the activities of all government agencies.
ꞏ The procedure for payment of members of the Supervisory Board of state-owned enterprises will be introduced.
ꞏ A composite death registration system will be set up.
ꞏ Home-based workers will be entitled to income tax benefits.
ꞏ Certain requirements and conditions for obtaining 6 types of licenses and permits will be abolished.
ꞏ The salaries of theater staff will be increased.
ꞏ A new procedure for allocating funds from the state budget to family orphanages will be introduced.
ꞏ A rotation procedure will be introduced for employees who have served more than three years at one customs post.
ꞏ A single national register of families with a clinical diagnosis of spinal muscle atrophy will be maintained.
ꞏ Upon expiration of lease agreements on state property will not be extended for the next period and will be put up for electronic bidding.
ꞏ Visitors to state museums will be entitled to service daily until 22:00.
ꞏ The number of screening tests for viral hepatitis B and C will reach 1 million.
ꞏ Subsidies will be provided to poultry farms that are members of the Poultry Industry Association.
ꞏ Open data will be required to be placed in a separate section on the homepage of the official website of the public authorities.
ꞏ The order of the auction for the lease of land in the territory of special economic zones will change.
