Law enforcement bodies discover a tunnel connecting two houses between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in Kara-Suu
Another tunnel was discovered on the Kyrgyz-Uzbek border.

On June 11, special services and border guards discovered a tunnel in a house in the city of Kara-Suu, Osh region. The entrance to the tunnel was blocked, Akipress reports.
According to investigators, the house’s owner got acquainted with a citizen of Uzbekistan. In September 2021, the men dug a tunnel that links Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. They transported goods and currency through it.
The detainee admitted his guilt and expressed readiness to cooperate with the investigation. The investigation continues.
It should be recalled that earlier, a second underground tunnel was found in Kara-Suu, connecting Kyrgyzstan with Uzbekistan.
On May 20, in the village of Telman, Kara-Suu district, Osh region, the first underground tunnel linking Kyrgyzstan with Uzbekistan was found.
