IICA director, Kazakh ambassador discuss intensification of scientific and academic ties between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
Director of the International Institute for Central Asia Anvar Nasirov met on May 12 with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Darkhan Satybaldy to discuss the goals and objectives of the organization.

During the talks, the activities carried out by the Institute together with local and foreign partners, including from Kazakhstan, were reviewed.
The parties discussed issues of facilitating the implementation of the agreements reached during recent visits at the highest levels, strengthening regional cooperation in Central Asia, and consolidating collaboration between the leading analytical centers of the two countries.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to maintain regular dialogue on a wide range of issues of bilateral and regional partnership, as well as the intensification of scientific and academic ties between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
