Director of IICA, head of TIKA office in Uzbekistan discuss prospects for establishing partnerships
Yesterday, the director of the International Institute for Central Asia (IICA) Anvar Nasirov met with the head of the representative office of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in Uzbekistan, Cemalettin Tuney, Kun.uz correspondent reports.

During the conversation, the prospects for establishing partnerships between IICA and TIKA, as well as possible areas of mutually beneficial cooperation, were discussed.
The Turkish side was informed in detail about the tasks, main activities, ongoing activities, including jointly with foreign partner organizations of the institute.
Cemalettin Tuney, in turn, expressed deep satisfaction with the high level of relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan, established thanks to the political will of the leaders of the two countries.
He also highly appreciated the regional course of the head of Uzbekistan, which resulted in a radical improvement in the political situation, strengthening of mutual trust, and the formation of a true spirit of friendship and good neighborliness in Central Asia.
The parties agreed to continue a regular dialogue to identify and implement projects and programs of mutual interest, including in a regional format.
