Uzbekistan exported $5.5 million worth of footwear over two months
In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan exported 3.5 million pairs of shoes to 12 countries for $5.5 million.

The volume of footwear exports decreased by 990,639 pairs compared to the same period last year, the State Statistics Committee said.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan exported footwear mainly to the following countries:
- Kyrgyzstan - 2.5 million pairs
- Tajikistan - 598,246 pairs
- Kazakhstan - 291,345 pairs
- Russia - 77 373 pairs
- Moldova - 26,896 pairs
- Georgia - 10,836 pairs
The provinces that exported the most footwear in the first two months of 2022:
- Andijan region - $2 million
- Samarkand region - $1.8 million
- Fergana region - $1.1 million
- Tashkent region - $221 thousand
- Namangan region - $183 thousand
