On March 10, 2022, EDC completed drilling of exploratory well No.17 at Ayzavat field in Kashkadarya region and obtained an industrial inflow of gas in the course of well development.

On March 11, the well will be connected to the main pipeline and commence supplying natural gas to the domestic market.

All works comply with relevant sanitary-epidemiological and environmental requirements.
