Uzbekistan repatriates another 429 citizens from Ukraine through Poland
On March 8, Uzbekistan Airways brought 429 Uzbeks back home from Poland by 2 special flights.

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland, to date, Uzbekistan Airways performed 21 special flights to evacuate 4,537 fellow citizens from Ukraine through the Katowice Airport.
Currently, there are 300 Uzbeks at the airport waiting for a flight to Uzbekistan. On March 8, two more special planes from Tashkent are expected to depart for Poland.
For the entire period of evacuation to citizens of Uzbekistan, who did not have the necessary documents with them for various reasons, the Embassy issued 310 return certificates.
