On February 3, a 62-year-old businessman living in the Pakhtakor district arrived in the Arnasay district with officers of the Bureau for Compulsory Enforcement to claim his right to a land plot.
The owner of the land, a 54-year-old man, turned down the court’s decision on the transfer of the land to the Pakhtakor resident and a quarrel broke out between the two.
As a result, the Arnasay man shot the businessman with his hunting rifle on the chest. The victim died on the way to the hospital.
Currently, an investigation is underway.
