Uzbeks in Russia can now replace their old driver’s license with a new one without leaving the RF
Citizens of Uzbekistan residing in Russia can now replace their old driver’s license with a new one without leaving the Russian Federation.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, from January 25, citizens who want to replace their old driver’s license can contact the consular department of the diplomatic mission in Moscow or the Consulate General in St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk and Rostov-on-Don.
To replace their document, Uzbeks need to provide their biometric passport or ID-card, as well as the original driver’s license and coupon for it.
