It was noted that the command staff should improve their skills in planning modern operations, rational management of troops, effective use of available forces and means. It is important to create a reserve of promising personnel for leadership and command positions, their gradual preparation for these positions and their appointment on a competitive basis.

In the current context in which the dynamics of combat operations are increasing and new methods are emerging, success depends in many respects on the movement of small units led by a commander-sergeant. Therefore, the task was set to radically improve the system of training sergeant-instructors for the Armed Forces.

Tasks were given to positively address the appeals of the population, improve the social, engineering and communication infrastructure at places, ensure market saturation and price stability.

“Maintaining the security, peace and tranquility of our people will remain our top priority today and in the future. Because only peace is the main guarantee of the comprehensive development of our country. The New Year – 2022 – must be a decisive year in all areas, including the Armed Forces,” the President said.
