Food and medicine provision program for children under 3 from low-income families to be adopted
It is planned to cover all families and individuals in need of social assistance and who meet the criteria for assigning social benefits with social assistance programs.

According to the draft “Roadmap” for the implementation of the development strategy for 2022-2026 in 2022, it is planned to develop and approve a national strategy for social protection.
In this case, the followings have been considered:
• appointment of a state body to pursue a unified state policy in the field of social protection;
• creation of a social insurance system, including the establishment of a social insurance fund;
• provision of social assistance and services to low-income families on the basis of a social contract;
• creation of a separate database on women, youth and people with disabilities in need in the information system “Single Register of Social Protection”, including merging “Iron Book”, “Youth Book” and “Women’s Book” with the "Single Register of Social Protection".
A program to provide food and medicine to children under 3 from low-income families will be adopted.
In order to facilitate the adaptation of hearing-impaired children to normal life, a system of providing hearing-impaired children with modern hearing aids studying in specialized educational institutions will be introduced.
