Representing Uzbekistan at the event, head of the Armed Forces Academy, Colonel Shavkatbek Mamajonov, noted that the republic is ready to host several competitions of ARMI-2022.
According to the Defense Ministry of Uzbekistan, 12 out of 20 operating military training grounds in the republic meet international requirements and are adapted for holding military competitions in various directions.
The 2022 International Army Games will be held from 13 to 27 August. During the games, it is planned to hold 36 international competitions with the maximum expansion of the geography of their holding to 15 countries. Invitations to participate in ARMI-2022 have been sent to the military departments of about 100 countries.
