Lawsuits against civil servants to be broadcast by media

The bill proposes to amend the Administrative Responsibility Code, the Civil Procedural Code and the Criminal Procedural Code, as well as the laws on state control over the activities of business entities, public procurement and hunting.

New norms are proposed that allow, with the consent of the parties and in accordance with the articles of the Civil Procedural Code and the Criminal Procedural Code, to broadcast in the media court hearings on offenses against the rights and freedoms of citizens, public order, in the field of healthcare, ecology, environmental protection and nature management, as well as offenses related to the professional activities of civil servants, in addition, civil cases in some family disputes.

Amendments and additions are made to article 36 of the Law “On hunting and hunting economy”, adopted on July 8, 2020, regarding the promulgation of certain documents related to the process of issuing a hunting permit in order to ensure transparency of hunting and hunting activities.

It was proposed to include article 17-1 in the Law “On state control over the activities of business entities” (openness of inspections of business entities), supplementing article 27 of the Law “On public procurement” with part 5 (Placement on a special information portal of information on public procurement carried out and approved members of the commission on public procurement).
