Senate refutes rumors about relocation of Kuylik market
According to Senator Tolibjon Madumarov, the information about the relocation of the Kuylik market is nothing more than unfounded rumors spread by local workers and traders.
This was announced at a press conference following the XXII plenary session of the Senate of Oliy Majlis on December 17 in the AIMC assembly hall.
“There is no legal basis for relocating the Kuylik market yet. These are nothing more than groundless rumors of the local workers and merchants.
We have studied the situation closely and learned that the khokim of Tashkent did not make any decision to relocate the market.
The market administration assured us that they would bring the matter to the attention of the district administration and the relevant officials, and report the results to us. But we openly declare to the public that there is no talk of relocating the market. Do not panic,” Kun.uz correspondent quoted the senator as saying.
