Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Ziroat Mirziyoyeva solemnly welcomed at Seoul airport
The three-day state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea has begun.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the Republic of Korea on a state visit on December 16.
A solemn welcoming ceremony was held at the airport in Seoul. A guard of honor lined up in honor of the high-ranking guest, artillery shells were fired.
In front of the plane, the Uzbek leader was met by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Hong Nam Ki and other officials.
The main events of the summit – bilateral meetings and talks will be held on Friday, December 17.
The visit will last until December 18. The agenda of the visit includes further expansion of Uzbek-Korean strategic partnership and multifaceted cooperation in priority areas such as the green economy, investment and innovation, digital technologies and the social sphere.
