Brussels to host Uzbekistan-EU Cooperation Council meeting
On November 15-17, Brussels will host a meeting of the Uzbekistan-European Union Cooperation Council.

āOn November 15-17, 2021, the delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov will visit Brussels to participate in the 16th meeting of the Uzbekistan-European Union Cooperation Council,ā the MFA press service said.
The parties will first discuss general and political matters ā including the status of negotiations on the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, internal reforms, justice & home affairs, human rights and rule of law issues.
They will then look into trade, economic and investment issues ā including aspects relating to Uzbekistanās GSP+ status (Generalized Scheme of Preferences), World Trade Organization accession, connectivity, and energy.
Lastly, the meeting will address regional and international issues.
