As the presidential press service reported, during the meeting they discussed issues of practical implementation of the agreements reached during the meeting of the leaders of our two countries in Tashkent in March this year.

“The stable dynamics of the development of trade-economic cooperation was noted with satisfaction. The volume of goods turnover and cargo transportation, the frequency of air traffic are increasing. Perspective projects of cooperation in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy, agriculture, logistics and other industries are being worked out, including with the involvement of the resources of the created joint investment fund,” the press service said in a statement.

Particular attention was paid to the speedy advancement of the construction project of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway.

They also exchanged views on topical issues of regional cooperation, including within the framework of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States.
