Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover with Turkey recorded at $2.4 billion over 9 months of 2021

Foreign trade turnover of Uzbekistan with Turkey amounted to $2.4 billion in January-September 2021, the State Statistics Committee reported.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan exported $1.2 billion worth of goods to Turkey, including non-ferrous metals ($740 million), textile products ($270 million) and chemical products ($86.5 million).
Imports amounted to $1.2 billion. Uzbekistan mainly imported from Turkey machines and equipment ($625 million), chemical products ($275.5 million) and black metals ($52 million).
Reportedly, there are 321 enterprises operating with Turkish capital in Uzbekistan.
