The list of ministries, departments and large business associations that recommend citizens with at least 5 years of work experience to study on a stratified tuition fee basis based on the results of the interview will be approved by July 1 each year and published in the media.
Ministries, departments and large business associations can make recommendations to up to 100 applicants from central and regional structures and system organizations for each academic year. Citizens with the relevant recommendation are registered annually from July 20 to August 10 through a special electronic system of the State Testing Center. Recommendations are valid only for the given academic year.
The interviews will be held annually from August 20 to August 30. In accordance with the results, entrants who scored 55 points or more on the 100-point assessment criteria will be recommended to study on the basis of a differentiated tuition fee by the order of the rector (director) of the university.
The provision does not apply to higher military and paramilitary educational institutions, foreign and non-governmental higher education institutions in Uzbekistan and their branches. This order will come into force on May 1, 2022.
