FM Abdulaziz Kamilov receives newly appointed Ambassador of Latvia
On September 10, the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received the newly appointed Ambassador of Latvia Reinis Trokša.

Accepting copies of his credentials, the minister congratulated the ambassador on his appointment to a responsible post and expressed hope for his active work to further strengthen the multifaceted cooperation.
During the conversation, the sides discussed the implementation of the previously reached agreements and the schedule of upcoming official meetings at various levels.
Mutual interest was expressed in enhancing political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties.
An exchange of views took place on the interaction of the parties within the framework of international organizations and on certain regional issues.
