During a briefing held at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications, one of the participants asked a relevant question. He said that the other day he received the first dose of the Uzbek-Chinese vaccine ZF-UZ-VAC 2001.
However, he is planning to go abroad, but vaccines that are produced in the USA or in Germany are recognized there. At the same time, the medical institution refused to do another vaccination and said that the man should undergo a full course of vaccination with ZF-UZ-VAC 2001.
Sevara Ubaydullayeva, an Anti-Coronavirus Staff member, stressed that everyone is obliged to follow the relevant rules and must receive a vaccine that is approved and included in the list of approved vaccines.
“If you have already received your first dose of ZF-UZ-VAC 2001 vaccine, then you need to complete the full course of vaccination. In many countries this vaccine is included in a special list,” she said.
The expert did not specify in which countries the Uzbek-Chinese vaccine against COVID-19 was approved.
“If ZF-UZ-VAC 2001 is not included in the list of approved vaccines, then in 3-6 months you need to visit your family doctor. He should check your antibody level and your health. Then you can get the vaccine that is required in foreign countries,” Sevara Ubaydullayeva concluded.
It should be reminded that at present Uzbeks can choose several vaccines. There are ZF-UZ-VAC 2001, Sputnik V, Moderna and AstraZeneca among them.
Currently, Moderna and AstraZeneca are recognized in many countries. Sputnik V is popular and recognized in the CIS countries.
