“Uzbekistan is very concerned about the escalation of the situation in East Jerusalem. We believe that the parties should put an end to the violence, stop the bloodshed immediately and mobilize all their resources.
We also believe that the inviolability of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and other holy shrines in Jerusalem must be restored to the status quo. In general, the Palestinian-Israeli issue must be resolved within the framework of international law, in particular in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations,” Asadov said.
