Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan discuss demarcation of state border

Government delegations of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan held a regular meeting in Nur-Sultan to discuss the demarcation of the state border.
On May 10-14, in the Kazakh capital, the parties continued the preparation of draft final documents for the demarcation of a section of the state border between Syrdarya, Jizzakh regions of Uzbekistan and Turkestan region of Kazakhstan.
The sides also discussed the draft Treaty on the demarcation of the Uzbek-Kazakh state border.
The next meeting is scheduled for late May in Uzbekistan.
