Shavkat Mirziyoyev departs for Samarkand

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has left for Samarkand to get acquainted with the development of the region and the life of the population.
“The program of the trip envisages visiting industrial enterprises, tourist complexes in cities and districts, getting acquainted with transport infrastructure facilities and observing new residential buildings being constructed in Samarkand,” the presidential press service said.
On the second day of the trip, a meeting will be held with the participation of people's deputies and representatives of the public, during which further steps for the socio-economic development of the region will be outlined.
