Court verdict against Guljahon Yuldasheva announced
Guljahon Yuldasheva, a former chief infectious disease specialist of Tashkent region, has been found guilty of committing crimes under three articles of the Criminal Code.
A sentence in the form of restriction of liberty for 4 years will apply against her. Also, the doctor is disqualified from holding managerial positions for 3 years.
Today, April 5, the trial of Guljahon Yuldasheva, a former chief physician of the Tashkent Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital, ended in the Chirchik city court on criminal proceedings. The verdict against the defendant was announced, Kun.uz correspondent reports.
According to the court’s decision, Guljahon Yuldasheva was found guilty of committing crimes under Paragraphs “a”, “b”, “v” and “g” of Article 167-2, Paragraph “a” of Article 207-3 and Paragraph “a” of Article 209-2 of the Criminal Code.
The doctor was also charged under Articles 25, 167-3 (“a”) of the Criminal Code, but she was rehabilitated by the court on this charge under Article 83-1 of the Criminal Procedural Code.
According to Article 59 of the Criminal Code, a sentence in the form of restriction of liberty for 4 years will apply against her. She is deprived of the right to hold positions of official and financial responsibility for a period of 3 years.
The court imposed restrictions on the doctor, obliging her not to leave the place of residence from 22:00 to 06:00, not to leave the place of residence without the consent of the body supervising the convicts, and not to change the place of residence.
