Incitement to non-compliance with laws now punishable by a fine of up to 20 million soums
The government has signed a law amending the Administrative Responsibility Code.

According to the document, incitement to non-compliance with or violation of the law (including through the Internet) is punishable by a fine of 60-80 BCAs (about 15-20 million soums).
Also, a new article has been added to the Criminal Code. Those who publicly incite riots and violence against civilians can now face up to 5 years in prison. A fine of at least 100 BCAs (24.5 million soums) will be imposed on them.
If the crime is committed either through the Internet, or through the mass media, or by a group of individuals in collusion, the punishment is heavier: a fine of at least 300 BCAs (73.5 million soums) and imprisonment of up to 10 years.
