Minister of Foreign Affairs Kamilov to visit Afghanistan

On February 23, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov will pay a working visit to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
During the scheduled meetings and negotiations, it is planned to discuss the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan in various fields, the MFA press service said.
The heads of foreign affairs departments are expected to exchange views on new opportunities for promoting interregional trade, developing and implementing joint transport-communication projects linking Central and South Asia.
