According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow, the purpose of signing documents is to simplify the procedures for the organized departure of Uzbek citizens who intend to work in Russia.
The document was signed by the First Deputy Minister of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan, Erkin Muhitdinov, the Deputy Head of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Passport and Visa Service” Fyodor Karpovtsev and the Director-General of the Moscow’s “Migration Center” Sergey Baldin.
Both Russian organizations are authorized institutions providing a complex of services for obtaining a work permit in Moscow and all over Russia.
The signing of the documents by the state bodies of the two countries will help to regularize migration processes, including the opening of the front offices of the migration centers, which will result in a reduction in the time and expenditure spent by citizens in the processing of documents, to obtain permission to work in the territory of Russia.
