More than 13,000 new jobs to be created in Akhangaran
The Ministry of Justice informed the President of Uzbekistan that it had approved a program of comprehensive measures for the socio-economic development of the Akhangaran district, Tashkent region for the 2021-2022 period.
In accordance with a relevant resolution, the Nurabad settlement, as well as the 2nd sections of Bakht, TSAU, Alisher Navoi and Urtasaroy, have been transferred to the Akhangaran district.
It is projected to implement 527 projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, services and trade, the efficient use of vacant buildings and structures in the region, thus creating 13,192 new jobs.
The decree also approved a list of 15 state property objects sold at “zero” redemption value with the condition of fulfilling investment and social obligations through a single electronic trading platform “E-IJRO AUKSION”.
