To clarify the reasons for the incident, employees of the gas supply branch Khududgaz Bukhara together with the regional khokimiyat, heads of sectors held a meeting and listened to complaints from residents. All necessary measures are being taken to resolve the issues related to the gas supply, the officials said.
Khududgaz Bukhara noted that these days there really was a sharp decrease in pressure when supplying natural gas to settlements in the Bukhara district.
The reason for this was the shutdown of the second tap at the “Sohibkor” gas distribution station, as a result of which the pressure in the local networks through which natural gas is supplied to the district dropped from 6 to 1.8 kgf/cm2. As a result, over 1.3 thousand households had experienced gas outages. At present, the gas supply to the settlement is being restored.
